Sassy Salsa forever. Our school has been through many shapes and forms. Daniella has loved collaborating with and training many others, and now enjoys the simplicity of stepping back to basics (no pun intended).
Sassy Salsa — which is Dani and the team — teach in Byron Bay and run Community Salsa Events. We have weekly Latin dance classes and private sessions too. For Wedding Dances and Hen Parties just call or email Daniella… so easy.

Beginner classes are available for you and your friends. These are super small, intimate classes — maximum 3 couples.
Excellent for those wishing to get a head start with their salsa or preparing for a class. Reasonable rates and student discounts apply — a great way to feel comfortable and fast-track your introduction to salsa.
Daniella’s wedding dance clients are spreading the word — or rather showing it — with their dance. The wedding dance is a way for partners to connect in a fun, loving and creative way while busy with all those preparations for your special day.
Many styles are available — spice up the party with Latin Hip Hop Reggaeton, or choose a burlesque/cabaret style. Halls for hire in Byron Bay, or Daniella can travel to your home or town. Much fun guaranteed.

Our vision: we bring the world of dance to you. Latin partner dancing creates instant community and is a fun way to travel and meet others. More than just dance, we share our love of all things Latin.
Daniella and the Sassy Salsa Crew have performed and taught at many local events and Latin festivals. Sassy Salsa, with other local teachers, always looks forward to the amazing Byron Latin Fiesta each year.
Teaching and performing at Woodford Folk Festival has been a highlight for Dani and the Crew — so much fun sharing the joy of dance with so many happy festival goers.
Daniella and Sassy Salsa dancers appeared in the TV series East of Everything, with Daniella choreographing performances and teaching the actors. Dani also choreographed and taught workshops at several Splendour in the Grass events and at the Big Day Out (Mexican theme).
Conducted salsa teacher training, which saw the local salsa scene blossom.
Daniella founded Sassy Salsa, teaching in Lismore, Ballina and Byron Bay and providing Latin dance classes across the Northern Rivers.
